"Football has been a huge part of my life and has played a positive role in who I am today. It has given me countless opportunities and life skills that I will nurture for a lifetime. Through football I gained; confidence, self-esteem, resilience, teamwork, communication, goal setting and a whole host of other transferable skills that I use on a daily basis. Growing up I faced social, sporting and emotional barriers and founding Energetic Endeavours is my way of thanking little 8-year-old me who fell in love with football, despite all of this, and never looked back."
